Boinet makes changes in the police

The inspector of police Joseph Boinet has carried out changes to the national police service. The inspector general of police has promoted Douglas Kirocho Kanja from the rank of deputy commandant GSU to commandant. Francis Munyambu  Musembi formally, regional commandant Central is now the Rift Valley regional commandant. He has been swapped with Solomon Mutua Makau. Joseph Mbuthia Kirimi has been made the commandant presidential escort unit from being commanding officer recce company while Mohammed Bashane is now the GSU deputy commandant from commandant presidential escort unit. James Mwaniki Thathi who was acting staffing officer in Nairobi has now been confirmed. John Njuguna Kamau has been transferred to the Kenya police in Kiganjo after serving as the county commander of Kisumu, while Job Kiprotich Boronjo has replaced him in Kisumu. John Wachira  has been transferred from Nakuru where he served in the county headquarters to central regional headquarters where he will serve as the AP commissioner .Weston G. Mwamba moves from Murang’a, he is the new county commander AP Nakuru county. Samuel Ndanyi is now the county commander AP Kilifi county. He was formally at the police training college in Embakasi. Elisha Ngetich  is now the county commander Murang’a county after serving as the AP in Kilifi headquarters. Mohammed sheikh Abdi has been transferred to Turkana where he will serve as the county commander AP. He has been exchanged with Elias Nyaga who will now serve in Bomet as the county commander.
