Kariobangi sharks completes signing of Gad Mathews from Western Stima

Kenyan Premier League side Kariobangi Sharks   has completed the signing of keeper Gad Mathews from relegated side, Western Stima and former Mathare United midfielder Harrison Mwendwa.  The former Palos FC and Kisumu Day Secondary School goalkeeper has penned a four year deal and will be fighting for a place in the team against goalkeepers John Oyemba, Robert Mboya and Brian Bwire. Mwendwa has signed a two year deal with the William Muluya’s team. Mwendwa was among the names that were allowed to leave Mathare United after the end of the 2017 season. He joins the club five days after keeper Jeff Oyemba, Godfrey Shiveka, midfielders Patillah Omotto, Christopher Kimathi, Hilary Otieno and Eric Juma extended their stay at the club.  Kariobangi Sharks will open Kenya Premier league 2018 season with a match against Nzoia Sugar FC
